We bought an HO scale slot car for our son. It broke within 10 minutes. Do all have plastic axles?

The other channels that I have come together with our canned have a metal rod through the axis that holds the tires. The new car (which is broken) had tires attached with plastic. Knowing that the company still makes the axles pleasing metal? The car that was broken was a car brand NASCAR.

Yes! Check eHobbies.com for good quality cars, I don’t know if Tyco still makes HO slot cars but they have good ones also.
